General Provisions

These Sports Betting Rules govern the use of all interactive sports betting products and services offered by Rk77 (the "Operator"). They form part of the Operator's General Terms & Conditions and apply to all End Users who hold a betting account with the Operator. In the event of any inconsistency, the General Terms & Conditions shall prevail over these Rules. The English language version shall govern interpretation and any translation discrepancies shall be resolved in favour of the English text. Rk77 reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time, with amendments taking effect immediately upon publication on the Operator’s platform. Bets placed on the basis of data or information displayed on the platform are placed at the customer’s own risk, and no warranty is given for accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of such data.

Definitions and Scope

“Event” means an organised sports match or event between two teams or individuals. “Market” means a specific bet on an aspect of an Event. “End User” means the customer registered with the Operator and holding a betting account. The Operator may designate alternative references within the platform, but all terms relate to these Rules.

Bets, Information, and Price Accuracy

• All Betting Information is provided in good faith. Rk77 does not accept liability for errors or omissions in respect to dates, times, venues, competitors, odds, results, statistics, or other Betting Information. The Company may amend apparent mistakes and has the final decision on Markets.
• If an Event begins ahead of the scheduled start, only bets placed before the start are valid, except where live betting is expressly enabled. Rk77 may void bets placed after the actual start time if the Market was not closed or suspended correctly.
• If there is an inconsistency between English and non-English event names, the English version prevails.
• Customers are responsible for being aware of the Event status and should verify the Event status before placing bets. Bets placed while the Event status is unclear may be voided at the Operator’s discretion.
• Rk77 reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Any changes are binding when published on the platform.

Abandonment, Postponement, and Suspension

• If an Event does not start or finish on the announced date, all Bets may be void unless Markets have been unconditionally determined.
• If an Event starts and is later abandoned, only Markets with unconditionally determined results remain valid; other Bets are void unless a different rule applies in the specific Market.
• Rk77 may suspend settlement of a Market if uncertainty about the Event result exists. The decision of the Operator is final and binding.

Change of Venue

• Unless specified otherwise in the Specific Event Betting Rules, a venue change generally voids all Bets on the Match. Bets on non-team events may remain valid if the venue change occurs after the Market has opened.

Periods and Timeframes

• If the duration of an Event changes, Bets on that Event are invalid unless stated otherwise in the Market description.
• Bets based on injuries or stoppages that occur during injury or stoppage time are deemed to have occurred during regular time unless the Market specifies otherwise.

Results and Settlement

• Podium positions may be treated as the final result where applicable. If no official result exists, settlement may be based on available evidence at the time of Market settlement. If an official result is later amended, Rk77 reserves the right to adjust settlements accordingly, and the decision is final.
• Markets are generally settled after the Event has concluded. In some cases, Markets may be settled before an official result is declared for customer service; the Operator may reverse such settlements if performed in error.
• Rk77 reserves the right to suspend settlement on any Market if there is uncertainty about the result. Bets announced after a disputed event time may be voided or settled in accordance with the prevailing official result.
• If there is a discrepancy between the official result and the platform’s results, Rk77 will use its video materials as reference to determine the accurate result. If video material is unavailable, the governing body’s official result will prevail. The Operator’s decision is final and binding.
• There is a 72-hour window after an Event start in which amendments to settled results may occur only as permitted by the governing rules of the relevant competition or by the Operator’s policy; after this period, amendments are not recognised unless required by law or regulatory authority.

Outright and Market Types

• Outright Markets: Bets on the winner of an Event, tournament, or competition. If a participant does not start, related Outright Bets are void. If two or more participants win or a Dead Heat is declared, payouts are shared equally among winners (odds are reduced proportionally).
• Moneyline: Bets on the competitor to win the Event. The Field includes all other participants not listed. The Operator may apply Play-or-Pay rules for Short-Term and Long-Term Outrights as described below.
• Handicap (HDP) and Asian Handicap (In-Play): Handicaps assign virtual advantages to one side at the start to create a clearer margin of victory for settlement. In-Play Asian Handicap settlements follow the displayed score at the relevant half/segment after a goal, with standard rules applying for late changes.
• Over/Under (OU) and Odd/Even (OE): OU bets settle based on the aggregate total of points/goals; OE bets settle on the parity of the total.
• Multi Bets and System Bets: A Multi bet requires all selections to win (or be void if any are adjourned). System bets count partial wins according to the operator’s methodology and may involve complex calculation or the use of a betting calculator.

Soccer-Specific Markets

• 1X2: Result of the match at regular time; X denotes a draw.
• Correct Score: Predicting the exact final score. Variants such as “5-0UP” reflect margin requirements and are settled accordingly.
• Half-Time/Full-Time (HT/FT): Predicts the result at half-time and at full-time, excluding extra time or penalties unless stated.
• First Goal / Last Goal: Bets on which team scores first or last. If the match is abandoned after a goal has been scored, relevant bets may still stand; otherwise bets may be voided according to the Market terms.
• Kick-Off: Bets on which team will kick off. If kickoff timing changes and occurs after the start time, affected bets may be voided.
• Team Totals and Corners: Bets on total goals by home vs away teams or total corners. Bets on corners accrue only for corners awarded and taken; untaken corners do not count.

Special Rules and Integrity

• Play-or-Pay: Outright bets stand even if listed participants are unable to take part; H2H and certain individual performance markets may be voided.
• Fraud and Fixed-Outcome Safeguards: If betting activity suggests fraud or fixing, Rk77 may unsettled specific slips, report to regulators, await verdict, or void relevant bets.
• Palpable Error and Technical Interruption: The Operator may void or adjust bets following a palpable error or technical interruption, including odds or event timing errors.
• Video Assistant Referee (VAR): If VAR decisions conflict with on-pitch decisions, bets affected by the time between the original incident and the final decision may be voided, unless odds were not impacted or already reflected in the odds offered.

Odds, Rounding, and Settlement Timelines

• For customer experience, odds displayed may be truncated to two decimal places. Total odds are calculated using a more precise internal value; total winnings are rounded down to the second decimal place.
• The maximum time between bet settlement and any re-settlement is 30 days.

Data and Compliance

• Rk77 may require verification of identity or eligibility criteria at any time. Bets placed by ineligible customers may be cancelled and funds may be withdrawn according to applicable laws and the Operator’s policies.
• Rk77 may reject all or part of a bet without disclosure of a reason. If a bet is not accepted, the stake is returned.

Acceptance and Binding Effect

By placing a bet, the End User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Rules and the General Terms & Conditions. The Operator’s decisions under these Rules are final and binding.
